  • 1 Red Bell Pepper

  • 6 oz. Orzo Pasta

  • 1 Lemon

  • 2 oz. Greek Yogurt

  • 1 oz. Crumbled Feta Cheese

  • 1/4 cup Panko Breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 oz. Parsley

  • 1 tsp. Garlic Salt

Preparation

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Bring 8 cups water and 2 tsp. salt to a boil.
